There were parts of my life where I felt so untethered and disconnected that I longed for a home — and felt that it did not exist for me. I longed to feel safe, held, and seen. I longed for something — anything — to hold me.

It was not until I came into myself that I realized I was always home. I was already deeply held and loved. I was the home.

The more I came into alignment with my blueprint, the more I could move through the blockages — because I surrendered to the here and now, to what I have, to what is real. Rooted in compassion, love, gratitude, grace, and forgiveness. And in that surrender, life purpose and creativity became so strong. So alive.

When you know your blueprint and begin moving through the physical blockages — when you regain flow in the fascia and the physical body — the body becomes resilient and adaptive. It knows how to function if we allow it to serve its purpose. To move through and create in this physical world. In this 3D reality of denser energy.

Everything has frequency. Emotions have frequency. They get stuck in our fascia and become our sickness, our pain, our illness. They create our pain body.

But our bodies are so magnificent.

When you know how you are created energetically — where you carry your own powerhouse of energy versus where you collect and amplify the energy of others, feeding into its potency without realizing it is not your own — you have a map. A map to where you can physically work your body. A map to how to tune into your soul's purpose, your gifts, and your magick.

This is where you surrender to life. Where you allow your energetic blueprint to work for you. Where the authentic, lit up, fully alive you emerges — not as something new but as something always known.
